Lesson 9

There’s no doubt that good nutrition is good for your body. If you eat well, you’ll likely get sick less, lose weight, build muscle, or simply feel better. There’s a lot of debate about which regiment is best…but, nutritionists can agree that a healthy diet and exercise will give us more energy for work and the things that we enjoy. It’s vital to nourish our bodies. The same is true for our faith, its vital to nourish it every day. Yet, do you hold back? Do you struggle to find strength, or time?

“Just as each of us has one body with many members, and these members do not
all have the same function, so in Christ we who are many form one body, and each
member belongs to all the others.”
